DESIGN MIAMI/ MIAMIDidactic display of three dismountable architectures by Jean Prouvé
Miami, Dec. 1 - 5, 2009

GALERIE PATRICK SEGUIN presents a didactic display of three dismountable architectures by JEAN PROUVÉ illustrating three different typologies:
- Ferembal house, Nancy, France, 1948
- School of Bouqueval, France, 1949
- Prefab houses (6mx6m and 6mx9m), 1944
Each project is illustrated by a video (showing the building/mounting process), a scale model, and some archive photographies. For the "Ferembal" architecture, we also present some documentation on the new "adaptation" of the building undertook by the architect Jean Nouvel.
