Since its foundation in 1989, GALERIE PATRICK SEGUIN has worked tenaciously to showcase JEAN PROUVÉ’s demountable architecture through major exhibitions with international institutions such as MoMa New York, the Venice Biennale, Pinacoteca Giovanni e Marella Agnelli in Turin, or art fairs such as DesignMiami/.
At the same time, Galerie Patrick Seguin has published a series of three box sets exclusively focusing on these pieces of demountable architecture. The box sets each contain five mini-monographs, each one looking at a specific construction. In total, 15 monographs illustrated with period and contemporary photographs were published between 2015 and 2019.
